Everyone loves a circus! And with CircusFest coming to Vancouver from November 6-9, 2014, there are lots of opportunities to take in some truly amazing performances. CircusFest Vancouver
So what’s in store at CircusFest? Montreal-based troupe, Throw2Catch, is headlining, performing the acclaimed RESET. They will be joined by Seattle-based Acrobatic Conundrum presenting A Book is Not a Ladder and Vancouver-based James & Jamesy’s hilarious hit High Tea. You can also see Cover Me, a piece commissioned specially for CircusFest by Cirque du Soleil alumnus Tanya Burka.
The festival offers shows for audiences of all ages, so the event is a good choice whether you’re looking for a day out with the kids or a unique date night. Families will enjoy daytime shows geared at younger audiences. Grown-ups are invited to attend late night cabarets showcasing a wide range of circus arts.
Kid-Friendly Vancouver Entertainment
If you’re looking for the kid-friendly Vancouver entertainment, you’ll want to take note of Click N Play and Splash!. These are clown shows, which are great for families with children. You’ll also want to check out A Circus in Wonderland, performed by CircusWest, which has been wowing audiences across BC. And if your kids really enjoy it, you may want to check out classes at CircusWest.
