Metropolis at Metrotown is excited to celebrate Diwali, the festival of lights, with a plethora of family-fun activities on October 25 and October 26th!

The two-day celebration at BC’s largest shopping centre takes place on the Ground Level outside of the Fossil store. From 11am – 4pm each day, visitors and locals alike can experience authentic Indian chai from Chai Wagon, indulge in Indian treats and sweets, get tattooed by a Mehndi artist, consult a numerologist, and have plenty of photo opportunities with incredible Diwali-themed displays. 

On Saturday, October 26th, bring the entire family and friends to learn Bollywood dancing! Lessons will be available at 12pm, 12:45pm, and 1:30pm, with plenty of breaks in between to rehydrate with the Chai Wagon, and refuel with some treats.

The Spice Radio team will also be present and on-site on Saturday, October 26th from 11am – 4pm, with exciting prizes and giveaways for attendees. Be sure to look for their booth and radio host, Natasha Mendes for a chance to win!
