This Family Day, February 15, spend the day time-travelling together at Fort Langley. Imagine the year was 1840. Explore where you would live and maybe even discover your historical dream job. Try barrel-making, watch the blacksmith work, and shape your own piece of metal at the Jr. Blacksmith Shop. Once you’ve found your favourite job, go to the Big House and use a nib pen and ink to sign on with the Hudson’s Bay Company at Fort Langley. Additionally, lelәm’ at the fort café will be open, offering delicious food, hot drinks and heritage-inspired treats.

Regular daily admission fees apply for the price of $7.90 per adult and $6.60 per senior. Admission is free for youth 17 and under to all Parks Canada’s places. Parks Canada’s places are a great way for youth to experience the outdoors and learn more about our environment and history.
