Here’s some great news from the Supreme Court of BC regarding gas fireplaces, inserts or stoves.

The Supreme Court of British Columbia has approved a settlement of the class action launched against certain manufacturers that supplied gas fireplaces, fireplace inserts and stoves that are a danger to anyone who touches the hot glass and in particular are a danger to young children. Class members can now make a claim for a free of charge protective screen or barrier.
