How Metropolis at Metrotown is making holiday shopping safe and easy this year

Worried about hitting your go-to mall for holiday shopping this year because of the pandemic? Fear not, Metropolis at Metrotown has implemented all kinds of ways to make it safe and easy to tick everyone off your holiday list.

Safety measures at Metropolis at Metrotown

To provide a safe and seamless holiday shopping environment, Metropolis at Metrotown has introduced the following safety measures:

1. Virtual lineup

New this year is a virtual lineup system at Guest Services and participating retailers. Reserve a time slot from home or access the system in-mall by scanning QR codes at participating retailers.

2. Curbside pick-up

Metropolis has reserved various convenient pick-up locations in the parking lot. Pre-purchase you gift online or by phone at each participating retailer, arrive at your designated parking spots near the retail store, and call the retailer for curbside assistance. The retailer will deliver and load the package into your vehicle and voila, safe, contactless shopping.
