Moms Love Panty By Post!

“We both agree that it’s our “Soul’s Project,’” says Lori Sholzberg of how she and her friend Natalie Grunberg started Panty by Post, a fun service that sends you a panty in the mail every month.

But to the Lori and Natalie, their “Soul’s Project” is more than panties. “We like to think of our business as an opportunity to connect with others, to share inspiration and joy,” says Lori. The duo also supports organizations that help change in the world, like The Weekend to End Breast Cancer and An Evening with Diana Krall fighting Leukemia.

Customers of the service receive unique panties wrapped in gorgeous tissue, complete with a card that bears a message of love – whether they are from someone else or sent to yourself. The Panty by Post site features a large sampling of the panty inventory, but the owners are continuously adding new styles. All the panties are from Montreal – “keeping it all Canadian,” adds Lori.

The service appeals to a wide range of clientele. “Every woman and man could use nice panties or briefs!” proclaims Lori, who says that their customers range from young hipsters in their twenties to moms and their friends in their late fifties or sixties. “Since introducing our plus-sized panty line from a Dutch company called Change, we can now meet the needs of all women.”

“We’re quick, convenient and we offer a sexy item to help keep their love lives spicy.” Whether you are a mom who wants to avoid a big outing in a lingerie store or if you don’t have time, “Moms love Panty By Post!” says a confident Lori, who makes a point of checking in with their customers after they’ve received their first panty in the mail. She recalls one young mom who wanted to get rid of her old panties after she had her first baby. “She wanted a nice panty wardrobe and bought about twelve in one shot.”

Panty By Post has also just started stocking JM briefs for men. Both luxe and eco-friendly, the briefs are available in four colours – charcoal, navy, white and black – and are made from bamboo and natura, fabricated from recycled plastic bottles. “Now you mind if he sits around on his gonch!” declares Lori. Currently sold under retail value for promotional purposes, the Briefs in a Box package includes two briefs for $48. The briefs are also available in custom packages. “And they’re big,” jokes Lori. “The puns are irresistible.”
