Giveaway: Get Chewy for Charity with Quaker

Quaker Chewy, proudly made with 100 per cent Canadian oats, recently launched Chewy For Charity and is asking families across Canada to get creative for charity. Parents and children can get involved by creating a Canadian-inspired artwork. Then take a picture and turn it into a unique and personal lunch bag design at ChewyForCharity.ca. For every lunch bag design submitted and approved, Quaker Canada will donate† the equivalent of 10 pounds of food to Food Banks Canada. It’s an important cause – Food Banks Canada reports that 36 per cent of the estimated 1.7 million Canadians who turned to food banks in 2013 were children and youth.

Quaker encourages you to share your children’s designs on social media so that your friends and family can see their artwork and hear about this amazing cause! Parents can also choose to order a reusable canvas lunch bag with their child’s artwork printed on it. A virtual art gallery of all of the lunch bag designs will also be showcased on ChewyForCharity.ca.

A Chewy for Charity Giveaway

We’re teaming up with Quaker, for a Chewy Charity Art Party Kit for Family & Friends crafty giveaway, valued at $100. It includes a ton of art supplies for the whole family including markers, pencil crayons, white canvases, construction paper, paint and brushes, pipe cleaners, coloured popsicle sticks, glue and more!
